  • Approve Agenda as amended – Warner/Northwestern
  • Action Items:
  • Approve minutes, financial statements, and bills from February– Leola/Langford
  • Approve contract with Alcester-Hudson for $4800 for Reading Workshop – Warner/Hitchcock-Tulare
  • Approve updated job descriptions – Hitchcock-Tulare/Northwestern
  • Appoint 2 Advisory Board Members to the Negotiations Committee
  • Ryan Bruns - Northwestern

  • Approve Preschool Agreement and IEE Agreement with Aberdeen School District – Doland/Warner
  • Preschool is $4000 per student not to exceed 3 students per year.
  • IEE is $90/hr per evaluation, autism eval is minimum of $1500 not to exceed $3000, and travel is $65/hr. + mileage.
  • Approve entering into a contract with the Center for Disabilities for $400 plus travel expenses for Lacy Knutson at the Teacher In-Service in January for functional Behavior Assessment and strategies – Northwestern/Leola

  • Monthly Caseloads by employee and school – summary of how many students each employee is seeing on a monthly bases.
  • Preschool screening dates for 2017-2018 – tentative dates were given in a handout.
  • Comprehensive Plans/update annually/need board approval for IDEA Application
  • Flyer from Center of Disabilities – see handout for upcoming online workshop
  • NSU back to School Teacher In-Service – Handout provided for workshop on August 16, 2017
  • Collaboration Cohort dates for 2017-2018 were provided.
