Training Material (TM) Version 2.0
1. Introduction
The purpose of this Training Material (TM) is to outline the training plan. The material is targeted at members of the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT). This includes members and representatives from the end users, management, and IT. This plan includes the schedule for training, the targeted members, training material, and any feedback from the client.

2.2 Measure of Success
The following is the expected outcome of the training sessions:
· The client, including representatives of administration, IT, and the end user, understands all the capabilities, and limits of the prototype.
· The client understands how to use the prototype to fulfill their need of capturing maintenance information
· The client is satisfied and comfortable with the training material in the case the client needs to troubleshoot the product in the future
2.3 Training of Others
The plan is that the IT representative (Manny) and a member from administration (Richard) understand the utility of the prototype. It is expected that these members provide training to any additional users that may require it. After a week, the development team would get a progress report on the implementation of the product. If there are any concerns or issues, the development team will either update the training material, the prototype, and / or hold a training sessions.
