Work layout:

The 1st transnational meeting took place on the 3rd of November in Italy, Mascalucia “I.I.S. „Concetto Marchesi“.

According to a plan, there was held a workshop on Tuesday morningin which, theItalian project coordinator Cinzia Claudia La Rosa explained the way all the participants of the project have to upload documents on the European platform:

The Romanian partner Monica Mihet presented the blog,which was created by the Romanian team

Alltogetherforinclusion.webs.com , the username is lovinghoneybunny2003yahoo.com and the password is comenius.

Now we have to decide if we want a common access or different ones.

The Turkish project participant Abdulhalik Kursatshowed everyone the website which was created by the Turkish IT specialist and gave passwords to all the participated countries (User name italy,Password italy; User name romania,Password romania;Username spain,Password spain;Username lithuania,Password Lithuania). promised later to give an access to the webpage from the file in order to produce little changes and updates.( Username: masteruser, Password : gelibolu.)

There was also a short discussion about the Romanian meeting from the 7th -12th of December,2015 as Monica-Ancuța Miheț, the Romanian project coordinator asked:

1. To limit the participated students’ age to 14-15, with only one exception for the Lithuanian team to 14-17 (as the students of this age group had already been chosen),

2. To arrive all the participated countries the same day (the 7th of December) to Cluj-Napoca, so the hosts could later take all the participants by bus to the place of the destinationValisoara.

According to the project activities plan, the partners agreed that the involved students will have to produce, for the meeting in Romania, a multimedia product about the Christmas habits and traditions and the Ramadan’s ones.
Then each school will present other partners a multimedia product about each own school system.

At the end of the meeting the project coordinator Cinzia reminded the project participantsabout their responsibilities in thedissemination and mentioned that the project workalways has to be done in time and asked the participants to fill in the survey about the first transnational meeting expectationsand send the results to the project coordinator.
