.4 -. Flat Rate Fees. Gallatin National Forest base fees for Outfitter/Guide activities were established in 2003. All fees are adjusted annually by the IPD-GDP (Implicit Price Deflator-Gross Domestic Product) factor. This adjustment will be made automatically update in the Special Uses Data System (SUDS). Current-year fees may be found in the “OG Flat Fees” form in the SUDS Outfitter/Guide Fee lSpecial Uses Library. See Exhibit 37 - 01 for the base fee and example fees for 2006. Flat rate fees shall be reviewed at 5-year intervals and adjusted as necessary to ensure the fees reflect fair market value.
