Track Repair Costs:Monticello 2018 PCA Club Race Repair Costs
Test Day: Thursday, July 12. The test day is being offered by Monticello Motor Club and in adherence to MMC’s Rules and Regulations. The test day includes 4 hours of tract time and a chef lunch for $325. Fee includes food for entrant but food for crew must be paid for at the gate. Track will open at 7:45 am and close at 5:30 pm with a lunch break from noon to 1:00 pm. Information and registration can be found at Monticello Motor Club Test Day 2018. Non-MMC coaches must register for the test and tune day. Camping Thursday night is permitted. Other test days may also be arranged by contacting Monticello Motor Club at 855-662-2582.

Tech and Impound: Tech and impound will be co-located at the Pirelli trailers under the canopy.

Paddock Information: Parking is arranged by completing the Paddock Request under Questions in online Registration ( Be sure to indicate that you are part of the Trophy East Group since MMC is planning on parking the Trophy East together as much as possible. Please indicate truck/rig size requirements on the registration form as well.
Socials and Dining: Race and crew fees include gourmet breakfast and lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, evening hors d’oeuvre, craft beer and fine wine on Friday and Saturday, and a full Awards Dinner on Saturday. See Event Schedule for times.
Fuel: 93 octane unleaded and 100 octane unleaded are available over the bridge at the track. Please be aware that this is a self serve pumping station. Credit Cards are accepted but may be subject to a pump limitation per purchase. Contact your credit card provider if you wish to remove this restriction for the weekend.
Tires: Pirelli is the official racing tire of the Trophy East Series. Tires are supplied by Frisby Performance Tire. Place orders at least two weeks prior to race date via email (), or phone (1-800-798-7201). Frisby Tire will be onsite. They can be reached at:

Security: There will be a security staff member available 24-7. Security is located at the track entrance and may also be reached at 845-796-7223.
Used Liquids Disposal: Liquids maybe disposed of by going to the onsite service center in the Hanger Building.
Motorhomes: Waste Water Pumping can be arranged through Sullivan County Septic Services at 845-583-4064. Please contact by July 7 to arrange a time. Special arrangements must be made for Saturday or Sunday.
Deliveries and Shipments: Clearly mark team name and name and cellphone of person receiving shipment. Packages will be held at the clubhouse. Shipments should sent to Monticello Motor Club, PCA Event and should be addressed to the venue location address shown.
Golf Cart Rental: Rental can be arranged from Orange County Golf Carts 845-856-4440.

DIRECTIONS TO MONTICELLO MOTOR CLUB

When driving to MMC by car or towing a large trailer, follow your GPS/Internet directions to Route 17 (heading East or West) and then continue with the directions below:
1. Rt. 17 to exit 105A (Route 42 South towards Monticello). Drive 1 mile to the end.
2. Right on Broadway/42 South. Immediately get in the left-hand lane and drive 1,000 feet.
3. After 1,000 feet, make your first left onto St. John Street and drive for 2.7 miles. (St. John Street becomes Cold Spring Road.)
4. After 2.7 miles, you’ll see a small house on your right with the sign “Playhouse Manor”. Turn right onto Cantrell Road.
5. Continue exactly .9 miles on Cantrell Road. After a sharp up/downhill, slow down as the MMC entrance on your right will come up fast, directly across from Rupp Road.
6. Drive through the large MMC metal gates to the Gatehouse. ALL GUESTS MUST STOP IN THE CENTER AISLE OF THE GATEHOUSE TO SIGN IN. LARGE TRAILERS OR MOTORHOMES MUST STAY TO THE RIGHT AND STOP AT THE GATE TO SIGN IN.
For the safety and respect of our neighbors, please follow posted speed limits when driving to MMC and especially when on back roads close to the track. Many families and young children walk along local roads close to MMC, especially on Saturdays.
