Additional convention center days available @ $150/day

Our large convention center has theatre-style seating for 500 and banquet seating for 350. A kitchen is available for your use as well.

We can help with your entertainment needs, either on the park or off at the area’s many shows; as well as transportation.

Catering Service Fee

We can arrange catering for your group. If you choose to arrange catering on your own, a catering service fee of $1.50 per person/meal is added to the facility charges.

Rally Planning

We understand that most rally groups have committees to help organize your activities. We have an on-site Events Coordinator that can assist with your arrangements.

GROUP CONTRACT

This agreement between Branson KOA and ______representing ______having authority to act for such group, has read and understands the attached policies and contract as outlined below.

GROUP POLICIES

Group: groups are defined as reserving (10) campsites or more with a minimum of 3 nights stay. Should the group drop below 10, no group rate will apply.

Rates: Qualified groups will receive a discount based on the number of sites used. If the group falls below the original contract number, the discount will be adjusted to corresponding rate sheet. Rates quoted do not include tax.

Deposit: A deposit of $______(based on the size of the group) is due at the time the group is confirmed. 1/2 of the deposit is non-refundable if the group cancels. If group cancels within 90 days of arrival, full deposit is forfeited

Final Numbers: We must receive a final site count 60 days prior to arrival. All sites not reserved will be released 60 days prior to rally date. Group will be responsible for total number of sites held after 60 days. Rally rate will be adjusted to reflect final numbers at that time.

Individual Pay Rallys: All sites must be paid in full at time of reservation. Cancellations received prior to 30 days of rally will receive a refund of payment less a one-night charge, within 30 days no refund will be issued.

Group Pay Rallys: Final payment for camping is due 30 days prior to rally. Individuals will receive rally rate for 2 days pre and/or 2 days post rally dates. They must pay this in full prior to arrival with no refunds for cancellation of extra days.

Show Ticket/Entertainment/Shuttle/Catering services: Any deposits required by the aforementioned must be paid by the group.

Vendors: Any outside vendors must contact management for approval and must provide insurance. Fee may apply.

Check in time is 1:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. Individuals wishing to come in early or stay beyond the group dates must make prior arrangements.
