HARVESTING TREES FROM OF WILDLIFE TREE RETENTION AREAS (WTRA) – FPPR section 67
Is harvesting of trees from a wildlife tree retention area proposed? / Yes / No / If yes, indicate the approximate map location where harvesting in an established wildlife tree retention area is proposed and why it is consistent with FPPR section 67. Note:If trees are proposed to be harvested from a WTRA and the associated cutblock has not developed attributes that are consistent with a mature seral condition, an exemption from FPPR section 67 must be obtained from the District Manager.
COARSE WOODY DEBRIS - FPPR section 68
Is it intended that the primary forest activities on the FLTC area will retain sufficient coarse woody debris after harvesting and site preparation is complete? / Yes / No / If yes, indicate the holder of the FLTC will be advised of the FPPR section 68 requirement to leave 4 logs / ha, each being 2 m in length and7.5 cm in diameter at one end, or some greater amount of CWD to be specified in the FLTC and site preparation contract. If the intention is not to leave sufficient CWD, an exemption from FPPR section 68 must be obtained from the District Manager.
GENERAL WILDLIFE MEASURES (GWM)FOR SPECIES AT RISK OR REGIONALLY IMPORTANT WILDLIFE - GAR section 9 FPPR section 69
Are there general wildlife measures (GWM) [other than for an UWR or WHA], that apply to the proposed area? / Yes / No / If yes, describe how the proposed harvesting and site preparation will comply with the general wildlife measures. A copy of the applicable GWM will be provided and explained to the holder of the FLTC during the pre-work conference. RESOURCE FEATURES AND WILDLIFE HABITAT FEATURES –GAR section 5 and FPPR section 70

ROAD USE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF FORESTROADS MAINTAINED BY ANOTHER LICENSEE –FRPA section 22.3

Will the planned harvesting or site preparation require the construction of roads within the FLTC area or under a RP? / Yes / No / If yes, indicate the approximate location of the road construction on the appropriate maps including any existing non-status roads that will need to be reconstructed.
