Welcome all! If this is your first time attending our Annual Conference we really appreciate you joining us. Many of you have attended in the past and we thank you for returning. We thank each speaker who has taken the time to prepare a message that is intended to make us more valuable to our employers. And a big thank you to our sponsors who make all of this possible.
The Treasury Management Association of San Diego is so fortunate to be able to organize this conference at a location in beautiful Del Mar. During the receptions each of us can spend time day dreaming about our next day at the beach or a day at the races with family or friends.
The purpose of this conference is to bring treasury professionals together for a day of learning, interaction and networking. Each person here has unique skills and it is important to share in the knowledge represented. Please take this opportunity to meet new people, ask questions of the speakers and take a break from the grind waiting for you when you return to work tomorrow.
If you are not familiar with the TMA of San Diego please read through this binder for information about our organization. You can visit our web site at www.sdtma.com. We also encourage you to ask those sitting next to you about their involvement in the TMA of San Diego.
Lastly, if you are able to stay for the reception, which will begin around 4:00pm, please do. There will be more food and beverages. You may also get lucky and win a prize.
