A.)The Patient Is Experiencing Pain in the Middle of the Right Ankle with Numbness And

A.)The patient is experiencing pain in the middle of the right ankle with numbness and pain going out in all directions on the foot up to the big toe.

B.)The patient has sharp pain in the lower part of the back of the head that extends down the neck and into the upper arms.

C.)Patient has swelling at the left elbow with immediate pain extending down into the back of the hand.

D.)Patient complains of sudden severe pain that starts in the middle of the lower back and extends to the right and left towards the butt and to the back of the thighs.

E.)A cut is located on the surface, on the right side of the chest, 1 inch to the right of the middle of the body or sternum.

F.)The patient has swelling on the back in the left shoulder area (shoulder blade) that extends out toward are (away from spine) and up between the shoulder blades.

G.)Patient is reporting internal pain in the pelvic (hip to hip) region with lack of feeling from the outside of the thigh, shin and calf areas.

H.)Patient is experiencing ongoing pain in the middle, lower stomach area with sharp pain 4-5 inches out/away from the belly button when he/she moves.

I.)Patient has a bruise on the middle part of the left arm, in front of the elbow, that goes up the arm towards the armpit area.

J.)Patient reported a sharp pain or tearing sensation in the back of the heel while playing football. The pain extends up the leg, on the same side as the affected heel, up to the back of the knee.
