Sectional Playoff 10/23. Need ball girls, concession and clock will sell programs and section 3 t’s all profit to Section 3.. Entrance fee of 4.00

Senior night banners were a hit. Lets keep idea for next year. All senior photo gifts donated by Amy Davis. Great job by Kelly and Wanda. Pictures are up on Shutterfly account.

JV Modified banquet has donation from Stewarts – 3 – 50 person ice cream sundae kits for November 2nd – Robin Ascioti confirmed- bowls, spoons napkins, fudge, caramel, marshmallow, strawberry toppings and sprinkles all included. Sierra will get whipped cream and candy topping as in past. Water will also be present.

_ Varsity Banquet discussion were between Fireside and Foxfire.. Cost for Fireside was 25.00 per person vs 15.00 at Foxfire.. Banquet to be held at Foxfire/Pastas on November 16th booked with Chris Bandera by Robin Ascioti.. Meeting on October 31st –to review Menu

Nominations for 2018 Board are open for submission. Email Nikol if wanting to stay on and run again. JV and Modified parents were in attendance and have shown interest in joining.

End of year Field Hockey gifts for girls were discussed, final vote on Crew sweatshirt. Coaches will get sizes.

Lisa Roy brought up JV undefeated season and recognizing the girls. Discussion about lanyards, etc but decision was to add “UNDEFEATED” on bottom of same sweatshirt. Will do same for Modified should they also be with one game remaining. Varsity will follow same idea depending on level of play they reach.

Varsity won Sectionals in between meetings and advance to Regionals in Albany. The Board presented the opportunity to provide the girls with a Coach bus from D&A tours as the drive to Albany was going to be 3 hrs.. Robin Ascioti contacted the bus company upon learning that Soccer was using the same transportation on Saturday.. Bus cost was originally 1800 for both but due to travel being provided for other sports with same company cost was 1650 for each Field Hockey and Soccer Booster Clubs.

An email to vote was put out by Nikol to the previous attending group eligible and booster board memebers, along with the parents of players, and was unanimously approved! Refreshments and snacks provided by booster for breaksfast due to early departure. Dinner provided by District / Athletic Director .
