- Job Summary:
We are looking for an intelligent, motivated Web Design and Development professional for this position who can lead a team of professionals for development of company’s Intranet and xtranet web site. The Ideal candidate will have rich experience of HTML, xHTML, CSS, ASP, ASP.NET, SQL SERVER, Adobe Photoshop, AJAX, Macromedia Flash and Java as a plus. The candidate should be result driven, ambitious, organized and articulate. He will be responsible for developing, implementing and coding websites for the company. - Duties & Responsibilities:
Take design comps and cut them into W3C compliant HTML.
Assist with the updates/improvements and creation of Web Portal and VAS applications for company.
Assist in the production of new graphics required for company.
Keep current of design techniques, methodology, computer skills and industry related developments.
Be involved in the selection of tools, techniques, and media best suited to produce, in a high quality, cost effective manner, the desired visual effects in conformance with internally defined requirements and client expectations
Providing user/operational support to ETA employees and franchises for different in-house built systems.
Providing user/operational support to ETA employees and franchises for different vendor oriented systems.
Prepare Application documents, flow charts and policies.
To manage an effective and prompt technical support whenever required in ensuring user satisfaction.
Lead, supervise and train sub-ordinate to ensure their level of discipline and knowledge in executing their job and task is satisfactory and they are kept abreast with technology.
Automate and streamline operation and processing activities.
Any other activities assigned by the management.

To create an environment for better development, teaching and education of children less than 5 years of age using different methodologies keeping in view child behaviour and to train them in all fields of social, family and basic religious thoughts (where applicable).
- Duties & Responsibilities:
• Educate the children of age less than five years using different methodologies for children having different behaviour.
• Train the children on verbal skills, childhood education (religious plus basic behavioural), family relations and other child personality development.
• Guide all the children with basic required knowledge in a safe and orderly method with in a perfectly build home environment as the children need to grow intellectually and emotionally during this level.
• To know the basis on how to develop and explore the interest and talents of the children.
• Help the kids to build their self-esteem and learn how to behave with others.
• Promote physical, mental and social development.
• Teach basic skills such as colour, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene and social skills.
• Observe and evaluate child performance, behaviour, social development, physical health and train the children in all fields based on these evaluations.
• Provide a variety of materials and resources to explore, manipulate and use them in learning and imaginative play.
• Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their child progress, determine their priorities for their child and resource needs.
• Prepare materials, classrooms and other indoor, outdoor spaces in order to facilitate creative play, learning, motor-skill activities, and safety.
• To make sure that only the Female Staff members are using this facility for their children.
• To make sure that female staff who are using this facility can visit the Nursery at maximum two times in a day with not more than 15 minutes each time.
