14.Package, Transportation, Storage
14.1.Package
The box should be marked on the product name, model, manufacturer identification, date of manufacture, etc.
14.2.Transportation
Vehicle, ship, aircraft, etc. carefully assemble and disassemble.
14.3.Storage
◈Product should be stored in the box when it’s not used ;
◈Storage ambient temperature: -10 - +40℃,Relative humidity: 10%-95%;
◈Harmful gases, flammable、explosive substances and corrosive chemicals are
not allowed to be in the warehouse, no strong vibration, shock and strong
magnetic are allowed;
◈Package box should be off the ground at least 20cm high, and at least 50cm
away from the walls , heat sources, windows.
◈Under the specified conditions, storage period is generally six months,
more than 6 months products should be retested。
15.Matters of Use
15.1.Check out
◈Check out if the equipment has been damaged during the transportation, retain
the packaging materials until all modular units of the ballast have been
checked and registered.
15.2.Using rules
◈Power supply should be used in the specified environment (refer to the spec);
◈Do not remove the cover or touch internal parts;
◈Do not replace any parts alone for safety reasons;
◈Do not use ballast in the volatile gases or flammable environment;
◈Turn off the power immediately if find any smoke or unpleasant odor during
using。
15.3.Safety note
◈First check if the AC input voltage of the working environment matches the
requirement in the specifications;
◈Do not power on if the AC voltage >265Vac or<165Vac;
16.Maintenance
16.1.Warranty Period
Five years warranty, within the warranty period , any natural damage under normal use would be maintained by Our company for free, but any of the following statuses is not covered under the warranty:
◈Damages caused by Unauthorized repair;
◈Any arbitrary installation or modification;
◈Incorrect operation and use;
◈Abnormal environmental conditions exceed the requirements of
specifications;
◈Deliberate destruction;
◈Damages caused by irresistible natural disasters.
16.2.Maintenance Range
During the warranty period, all dis-functions due to materials and manufacturing errors, Our company will provide a free repair or replacement, including labor services and any necessary adjustment or replacement of components.
16.3.Limits Term
Our company is not responsible for any of the following terms and conditions:
◈If the ballast is damaged in return back;
◈Damages caused by fires, earthquakes, riots, wars, terrorist attacks,
acts of third party and other matters;
◈Damages caused by intentional or negligent misuse
◈Incidental damages emerge in use [ business interruption, benefits loss
(including loss of use of the instrument, costs caused by the replacement
of any equipment, device or service )];
◈In any case, such as operating, cleaning, etc., be sure to comply with safety
rules under the chapter 15; otherwise Our company is not responsible.
