Use this worksheet to create an offline version of your proposal to share with department colleagues and administrators and to make revisions prior to submitting it to the UCC for consideration. 9. Briefly describe the proposal and the rationale behind it. / This is a two-part question. First, describe in detail all of the proposed revisions for this course. Second, explain the rationale for the changes being proposed.

10 What are the learning outcomes of this course? (new and revised courses only)

/ For assessment purposes, list the learning outcomes (in measurable terms) for any new or revised courses being proposed.
