WG1 approves the DOCR on the ballot for ISO/IEC FCD 10918-5 as found in document WG1N5511.
Resolution 2 - Approval of ISO/IEC FDIS 10918-5: JPEG File Interchange Format (JFIF)
WG1 approves the progression to FDIS ballot for ISO/IEC 10918-5 to be produced by the editors as document WG1N5512 by 15 September 2010 and approves the submission of the text to the SC29 Secretariat for balloting.
Resolution 3 – Approval of the summary text on the FDIS of ISO/IEC 10918 Part 5: JFIF
WG1 approves the summary text for ITU-T on ISO/IEC 10918-5 (JPEG Part 5) JFIF in document WG1N5522
Resolution 4 - Request for NB comments on potential amendment to ISO/IEC 10918-5
WG1 requests its national bodies to review and consider the potential need for an amendment to ISO/IEC 10918-5 for the support of JPEG images for print applications, as containeddescribed in WG1N5516. WG1 particularly requests national bodies to study and comment on the technical accuracy of the proposed text, in addition to commenting on any other aspects.
Resolution 5 – Appointment of additional Cco-Editor for ISO/IEC 10918 Part 5: JFIF
WG1 appoints Dr. Gary Sullivan (USA) as additional co-editor of ISO/IEC 10918-5 (JPEG Part 5) JFIF.

Resolution 6 - Approval of JBIG2 meeting Report
WG1 approves the meeting report of JBIG2 in WG1 Brussels meeting found in WG1 N5508. WG1 requests the editors of JBIG2 AMD3 to prepare the FDAM text as contained in WG1N5526 well before the next WG1 meeting according to the result of the ballot to be closed on July 23, 2010.
