WORK LOCATION

Springfree Limited Partnership and its General Partner, Springfree Trampoline USA Inc.

Your primary work location is 3933 N Central Expressway, Suite 400, Plano, TX.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

This is a full time position. Weekend and out of hours work is required through the year as workload requires. Weekly travel is required within the Dallas Fort-Worth (DFW) Metroplex Springfree Retail stores. Performance Reviews are conducted on an annual basis, unless otherwise requested by the employee or employer.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

To lead and manage the Springfree Trampolinebusiness through the Springfree Retail stores in the DFWarea. The goal is to drive traffic to retail to achieve profitable sales growth working to defined annual sales and net profit objectives.

POSITION ENVIRONMENT

The Market Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager, SFT-US Retail, with direct report responsibilities for a Market Coordinator,3 Sales Leads, part-time Sales Associates and part-time or contracted installers. Key internal relationships are with the VP SFT-US, Regional Retail Marketing Manager, the head office Marketing team, Accounting Manager, Logistics Manager andCustomer Care Manager. Key external relationships are with Springfree customers and community groups.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify opportunities to drive traffic to store and increase Springfree brand awareness
  • Able to prospect, establish relationships and present to local community groups and consumer shows to engage and activate with our customer demographics within identified zip codes for each Springfree store
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, selling skills and customer servicefor self and all Springfree staff
  • Ensure the business projects a professional, brand centric and customer friendly environment
  • Execute and comply with pricing and promotional strategies
  • Recruit, train and develop full time and part time sales and installation staff
  • Learn and put into practice required Sales DNA skills development program and process
  • Learn and put into practice role specific NetSuite tool

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • College Degree
  • 10 years of sales, events or customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
