AmeriCorps Alums Announces Prestigious 2007 Eli Segal Leadership Award:

AmeriCorps Alums is now accepting nominations for the 2007 AmeriCorps Alums Eli Segal Leadership Award. The award,along with a cash prize of $5,000,will be presented to one AmeriCorps alum at the 2007 Leadership Conference in New Orleans from March 15-17.
Eli Segal served as the first CEO of the Corporation for National and Community Service and under his leadership AmeriCorps was born. Through Mr. Segal’s, vision, perseverance, commitment and entrepreneurial spirit, national service has become deeply imbedded within our American culture. To honor and build upon his legacy, AmeriCorps Alums will honor onealum who has demonstrated outstanding entrepreneurial commitment to service.
