Invitation for Bids
1.For German Debt Swap (GDS), an agreement between the Government of Pakistan and Federal Republic of Germany/KfW was signed through EAD on November 11, 2008 for the reconstruction of 141 educational facilities in the Earthquake Affected Areas of KPK. Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA), Government of Pakistan, intends to hire the services of a well reputed Consulting Firm to undertake 3rd Party Audit of expenditure made under GDS in line with TORs of the assignment.
2.Based on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) “Single-Stage Two-Envelop” Bidding Procedure will be adopted; in which there will be separate technical and financial bids.

4.To purchase the bidding documents in English, eligible bidders i.e. (having (i) GST & NTN Registration (ii) 5 years work experience (iii) Detail of Projects completed during past five years) should contact at given address with a non-refundable fee of PKR 2500 (Rupees Two Thousand & Five Hundred Only) through pay order/bank draft in favour of ERRA Islamabad from 18th June till 6th July, 2015 before the deadline for submission of Bids.
5.Bids should be delivered on or before 6th July, 2015 at 11:30 AM. Bid Security @ 2% of the bid amount through pay order/bank draft in favour of ERRA Islamabad should be attached with the bid.
6.Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at conference room, Block No. 5, ERRA Headquarter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address on 6th July, 2015 at 11:30 AM.
7.A pre bid meeting will be held on 30th June, 2015 at 11:30 AM to address any queries of the interested bidders.
