Dear 2012 Potential Summit Extreme Baseball Sponsor:
Summit Extreme Baseball is in the process of obtaining commitments for the upcoming 2012 Spring Baseball Season. We hope that you will consider being an important part of Summit Extreme baseball. The 2012 Board of Directors has almost completed the plans for next season. This forward planning allows us to be ready to concentrate on baseball and initiate another successful season starting in March.
Summit Extreme Baseball is a not-for-profit entity with the goal of educating children between the ages of 9 and 14 about the great game of baseball. All of our board positions, team managers, team coaches, score keepers, and team moms are volunteers. Our objective is to teach the fundamentals of baseball in a fun and enriching environment, while at the same time, enabling children to develop physical fitness, self-confidence, discipline, and good sportsmanship that will benefit them throughout their lives. Last season, we had 6 tournament teams in spring and 5 fall ball teams. The experience was one that all players, coaches, and parents will remember. We took home numerous tournament championships including a State Championship at 14U and our 3rd fall ball title.
We are excited to reap the rewards of this last year’shard work for the coming season. Our goal for 2012, with the help of sponsors like yourself, and the many hours of volunteers’ work, is to be able to enroll 5 teams ages 9u-14u that will play in 8 or more tournaments each, and to add a developmental program for 8 year olds.
There are several opportunities for sponsorship, please take a moment to review the enclosed sponsorship information. Summit Extreme Baseball is extremely appreciative of the community support and we hope you will decide on a sponsorship with our program for the 2012 Baseball Season. In order to assist us in our planning effort, please complete and return the enclosed “Sponsorship Form” by January30th, 2011.

Each sponsorship includes your business name on the banner, which will be displayed on the teams’ dugout at every game, team commemorative plaque, and honorary mention in the local newspaper when scores are posted. Summit Extreme will be submitting scores to the paper after each tournament.
