INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUPPLIERS
Suppliers are to ensure that the following are complied with while submitting quotations falling which quotations are liable to be rejected.
1.Validity of quotation should not be less than 60 days.
2.Quotations should confirm to the specification / sample as given in the IT .
3.Suppliers are to clearly mention 17% GST in the quoted prices.
4.Delivery period for local & imported items is 15 days & 30 days respectively.
5.In case the delivery of item is not ensured during stipulated time, 2% L D shall be imposed for items delivery with in next 15 days. However, LPO of an item urgently required may be cancelled in case delivery period is not full filled.
6. Each quotations is to be sealed separately in envelop indicating the LPR NO.
7.Quantity may be increased or decreased.
8. COC/Import documents (where applicable)is also required.
