Roll Call

President, Hannah Shaffer, called the meeting to order at 1:05pm.

Late: Monica Kissinger, Landon Grams, and Megan Halepeska

Unexcused: Jessica Tanner

Minutes Approval

The minutes were approved as written.

Officer Reports

ARH: Our Scrapbook received 1ST place last semester.

Spring Blood Drive will be on April 5-9 and will be held some other place than Haymaker basement because of the size constraints.

Winter Ball will be February 27

Leadership Banquet is April 27

SGA applications are out. They are looking at adding an appeals process to the judicial system

Social: The SCC President is resigning.

SCC wants to become better known through the complex. They will be helping with the picnic at the end of the year, Mardi Gras Night, and possibly move in crew at beginning of year.

Still waiting to hear from the ice skating place.

Intramural: Water Jogging is every Monday – Thursday night

Environmental: Recycling program went very well this week.

University Recycling Committee is going to meet with Housing and Dining. Hopefully there will be progress on a campus wide recycling program.

Advisor Reports

JC: Survivor Nights are starting again with the new show in Putnam basement.

Kevin: Pittman is having a Phone-a-thon where they are going to have current students call future students that received a housing application and have not yet returned them. Food will be provided and it will be the 16th – 19th from

6:30 –9:00. Housing and Dining is asking people to please sign up.
