ArtSpot Productions/Mondo Bizarro

Performance: Loup Garou

Loup Garou, is deeply rooted in the realities of southeast Louisiana, responding to one of the most urgent environmental threats in the world. It is a new environmental performance that uses rigorous physicality, poetry, Cajun music and visual installation to investigate the deep interconnectedness between land and culture in Louisiana. Part performance, part ritual, part howl to the world about southeast Louisiana’s plight, Loup Garou sings a song of love and hope for our precarious homeland.

Bridgman/Packer Dance

Performance: "Double Expose" A fantastical, sensual exploration of the psyche and relationships. Alluding to classical film icons, Bridgman and Packer, with their video counterparts, embody a range of archetypal personae that morph and collide in a raucous alchemy of live and virtual.

"Under The Skin": The performers' bodies and costumes become projection screens, creating a morphing and redefining of identities and the revealing of hidden psychological depths. The duet form explodes into a magically populated stage as Bridgman and Packer interchange with their ever multiplying virtual selves.
