Our Founder
mCORE is the vision of Dr. Kenneth Berkovitz, MD, who created the company in response to the rising number of SCA deaths on the field of play at high schools across the country.
Through mCORE, Dr. Berkovitz is increasing awareness of Sudden Cardiac Death and provide dependable, low-cost screenings to every student athlete possible, in the hopes that achieving these objectives will save lives.
Board certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, and Internal Medicine, Dr. Berkovitz was named a Heart Champion by The American Heart Association.

Sponsors Will Receive
· Your logo will appear on email correspondence sent from the School or Organization to promote the screening event.
· Your logo will appear on every registrants confirmation email.
· Your coupons, literature or product sample included in our goody bag that is provided to all who take part in the screening.
· Your logo featured on signage at the screening event.
· Your logo will appear on all media feeds such as Facebook and Twitter.
Merchandise: We also accept product donations. mCORE maintains a strong presence and relationship with High Schools throughout the state. We could help to grow your brand.
Formats Accepted:
- Illustrator EPS with no linked files, all fonts converted to outlines and transparencies flattened.
- High ( 300 dpi ) resolution TIFF.
- High ( 300 dpi ) resolution JPEG.
Size: We reserve the right to shrink or stretch the logo to fit the space paid for.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All Sponsorship Agreements are subject to mCORE’s approval and acceptance. Acceptance of the Sponsorship Agreement shall constitute an agreement to provide advertising space as described in the Agreement. The undersigned, by signing the Sponsorship Agreement, acknowledges that he/she has read and understood all of the terms contained herein, and that this Agreement is subject to all such terms which are expressly made a part of this Agreement. Cancellations or changes in the Sponsorship Agreement are accepted only in writing to mCORE, and must be received on or before the Sponsorship Closing Date for the applicable event. THE ADVERTISER/SPONSOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ARTWORK TO THE PUBLISHER. Advertisers/Sponsors are responsible for the submission of the advertising copy and materials by material deadlines. Payment is due upon agreement of terms and prior to the promotion of the event. The advertiser/sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless mCORE with whom they may have contracted for any and all loss, expense or other liability (including attorney’s fees) arising from any claim of libel, violation of privacy, plagiarism, copyright any advertised copy submitted, any advertised copy submitted, infringement, omission, incorrect information or placement and any other claim or suit that may arise out of the publication of printed or published.
