** Deaf Awareness Day Exhibitors Information **
Schedule: Set up 8 am, take down 5:00 p.m., out of door by 5:30 p.m.
Due to security issue, no prior day set up allowed.

All exhibits are indoors. If you want a specific location, please state this on your
contract. We will work with you as much as possible. If you want additional
lighting, you are responsible to bring this on your own. Table coverings are the
responsibility of the exhibitors. All tables are 8 feet long.
Each exhibitor is responsible for keeping the aisle or aisles near their booth free
of congestion. The exhibitor is expected to return the table and facility in the
same condition it was at the commencement of occupation. The exhibit facility
and their representatives will not be liable for injuries to any person or for
damage to property owned or controlled by the exhibitor, which claims for
damage or injuries may be incident to, arise from, or be in any way connected
with the exhibitor’s occupation of display space, and the exhibitor, on signing the
contract, expressly releases and indemnifies the aforementioned from any and all
claims for such loss, damage, or injury.
Concession will be available at the facility. Selling food and beverages at booths
are not permitted.
