Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Status: Full time
Starting Pay: Negotiable with experience
Probation Period: 6 months
Training Period: 6 months
Reports to: Sales Administrator

Purpose:
To support and coordinate the sales function of Hi-Heat.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work with a team in a unique cultural environment using Hi-Heats’ Code of Appreciation, Mission Statement, and Core Values.
2. Utilize customer service skills in developing and maintaining customer relationships as the primary contact on the telephone. Directs calls and refer requests for new heater applications to sales team. Receive and process repeat orders from customers.
3. Utilize various tools to assist application specialists in lead generation and prospecting sales.
4. Monitor and update the sales process, utilizing Business Contact Manager to record opportunities, and coordinate order flow between sales and production. Directly input orders into order entry, process confirmations and prepare RMA paperwork.
5. Provide critical data analysis and inventory availability for custom orders to sales for implementation of a 2 hour quote turnaround.
6. Assist sales and production with custom order analysis to establish costs and production averages.
7. Multitask effectively by managing change and prioritizing to achieve desired outcomes, including processing orders in a 24 hour turnaround time.
8. Participate in and contribute to daily sales meetings.
9. Provide internal and external customer service for sales by utilizing customer e-mail accounts.
10. Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information.
11. Other duties include essential office tasks.
