This agreement supersedes all other agreements and contracts to date. For the purpose of this agreement, Unique Displays Inc. / UDI will be referred to as UDI, UDI agrees to supply and maintain without charge. Information Display Unit(s) within the 6 months of this date, subject to the following conditions:

A. Above listed party to be given all necessary accessories without charge for same.

B.  Certain designated sections of the display Units(s) are to be utilized exclusively by UDI for its advertisers, and the remaining sections shell be for the exclusive use of the facility.

C.  Installation of Display Unit(s) s will be contingent upon the sale of advertising space by UDI.

D.  Above listed party has the right to request approval of all advertisers prior to installation of advertising upon the Display Unit(s) s.

E.  Above listed party agrees to not permit any other similar Display Units(s) containing local advertising on the premises unless approved by UDI.

F.  Above listed party agrees to allow Display Unit(s) s to be conspicuously located in an area for a period of five (5) years from date of installation. UDI and above party agrees to renew automatically if not notified in writing 60 days prior to expiration date of contract for a consecutive five (5) year term. In the event of cancellation, above party agrees that the Display Unit(s) will continue to be conspicuously displayed with advertisements until current advertising period expires.

G.  This agreement contains the complete and entire understanding of the no oral representations, expressed or implied, have been relied upon the parties. This agreement may modified only upon the written agreement of both parties, and shell be binding upon the assigns and successors in interest of the parties. In the event legal actions under terms of this agreement, the prevailing party shall recover from the other reasonable attorney fees and cost.

H.  The person(s) signing this agreement on behalf of the above is authorized to execute and accept contracts of this nature.

I.  All notices and / or requests made by above listed party shall be in writing.

J.  Information Display Unit(s) to remain property of UDI, UDI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL.
