The original due date for the above referenced project was June 17, 2014 -11:00 a.m.
THE NEW DUE DATE for the above referenced project is June 27, 2014 - 9:00 a.m.
All proposals must be returned on or before June 27, 2014 , 9:00A.M. to the Office of Purchasing, Ocean County College, Administration Building, Suite 12, 1 College Drive,
P.O. Box 2001, Toms River, New Jersey 08754-2001. Attention : Laurie McGovern
Vendors need to acknowledge receipt of this addendum and include with their proposal signed addendum pages- (refer to pages 1 and 2 of original proposal document for signature page).
Additionally, Responses to Requests for Information/Clarification have been posted.
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION- CLARIFICATION OF SPECIFICATIONS
Below is list of request for information along with specifications for the Offset Printing Services RFP Q-03
1) Bottom of checklist indicates one original + 4 copies needed- would this be for all items listed on that page or just forms and certificates, or only the price quote pages?- One original, and 4 copies of entire proposal package are required.
2) Confirm total pages for:
Annual report would that be 24 pages + cover, or 20 pgs + cover ?- 24 total pages (20+cover)
Catalog 48 pages would that be 48 pages +cover, or 44 Pgs + cover ? – 44 total pages (44+cover)
Magazine 32 pages would that be 32 pages + cover, or 28 pgs + cover ?-32 Total pages (28+ cover)
3) Newsletter verify if the weight for text mentioned 80#/100# environment text ultra bright white is color/ and able to substitute with an equivalent stock? Newsletter saddle stitched 4/4 no bleed 100# text 8 pages- Yes on the white 100# and Yes on equivalent stock.
4) Envelope #10 printing 3 p m s + black, would there be registration between any of the colors?- Yes
5) List indicates variable data letter & Envelope- Would that be variable data printing on letter & addressing Envelope or only variable data on letter and not on Envelop?- Both
6) Variable data printing on both sides of Postcard- or one side- One Side
7) Annual Report Indication that spot UV is not required but listed also UV coat on cover- 1 level emboss +UV coat on cover- See itemized list attached
8) Publication section magazine self cover- or magazine plus cover? – coated text, plus cover-See itemized list attached
9) For variable data jobs include mail processing ? – Print + mail processing- See itemized list attached
10)Variable data letter & envelope would this be variable data printing on letter & addressing envelope or only variable data on letter and not on the envelope?- Both
11) How many mailings will require an addressed envelope versus a window envelope?- Info not available at this time (TBD)
12) The postcard requiring variable data is the same side as the address panel? Yes
13) Invitation Panel Card – Est. 5 jobs annually Ink-Full color 4/0 quantity – 500 each
14) Magazine self cover or plus cover?- Est 2 jobs per year full bleed 4/4 coated text, plus cover 32 pgs total 15,000 each quantity
