- Child discloses victim of CSE but not willing to work with agencies to reduce risk or provide any further information regarding incident/perpetrator/s.
- Child frequently in the company of known CSE perpetrators/people who pose a sexual risk.
- Child has been the victim of statutory rape (child had consensual or non-consensual sexual intercourse, aged under 13 years).
