¹ Charter school ceased operations at the end of the 2006-2007 academic year by mutual agreement between the charter school and the District. Charter board voted to close the charter school, citing dwindling student enrollment and financial issues.
² District denied charter school’s renewal proposal in 2009 for material violations of the conditions, standards, or procedures set forth in the charter, failure to meet or make reasonable progress toward achievement of the content standards or pupil performance standards identified in the charter, failure to meet generally accepted standards of fiscal management, and non-compliance with laws for which the charter school was not exempt.
³ Charter school elected not to seek renewal in 2009 due to reduced student enrollment.
⁴Charter school voluntarily suspended its educational services after the 2009-2010 school year for a period of not more than 2 years for financial challenges and academic performance issues.
