I earned a university degree of Economist for Planning and Industry at the University of Tirana (1979) and during 1986-1991 had post-graduation studies in management, after working for 7 years as economist of planning and industry. In 2001, I won the title, senior professor. Actually I am Executive Director of Master Program. I am a member of the Public Servants Recruitment Committee and advisor of strategic planning in some organisations. I am the author of a number of books, research papers and articles published in Albania as well as abroad.
I have been national consultant in some programs, like:
