Fifty-fourth. Part of Caroline County comprised of the Woodford (303) Precinct; and part of Spotsylvania County comprised of the Battlefield (701), Brock (505), Chancellor (204), Courthouse (504), Fairview (703), Frazers Gate (402), Lee Hill (403), Massaponax (104), Piedmont (603), Salem (601), Smith Station (602), Summit (401), Todd's Tavern (503), and Travelers Rest (103) Precincts and part of the Brokenburg (502) Precinct.

Precincts shall be interpreted to refer to those in existence on April 1, 2011, and as reported by the United States Bureau of the Census in the 2010 Census reports provided pursuant to United States Public Law 94-171, notwithstanding subsequent changes made by localities.

The following descriptions are provided for information purposes only pursuant to § 30-264 of the Code of Virginia. The provisions of § 24.2-304.03 of the Code of Virginia, including the statistical report referenced in and on file with the Clerk of the House of Delegates, shall be controlling in any legal determination of the district boundary.

  1. southwest on Woodford Road to Paige Road (State Route 605)
  1. north and then west on Paige Road to Cedon Road (State Route 632)
  1. south on Cedon Road to Bull Church Road (State Route 633)
  1. south on Bull Church Road to South River
  1. west on South River to Motto River
  1. west on Motto River to a power line crossing the river approximately 1000 feet east of the Caroline County-Spotsylvania County boundary
  1. north on said power line to the Caroline County-Spotsylvania County boundary
  1. northeast on said boundary to Fredericksburg Turnpike, the point of beginning

  1. west on Courthouse Road to a point where it is intersected by a non-visible legal boundary, being the Livingston-Berkeley Magisterial District line, approximately 0.1 miles west of Towles Mill Road (State Route 656)
  1. southwest in a straight line along said boundary approximately three miles to an unnamed road, said boundary being the southeast boundary of census blocks 511770204031002, 511770204031005, 511770204041000, 511770204041008, and 511770204041073 in order
