U.S. Embassy Vilnius is asking for quotes for purchasing

two electric vehicles with European specifications

The U.S. Embassy in Vilnius is soliciting proposals for a two new electric vehicles with the following minimum requirements:

Exterior

White or green color

4 doors/Alloy wheels/LED daytime running lights /LED tail lamp assemblies

INTERIOR

Front comfort seats with height and lumbar support adjustment

Mats in front and rear

Anti-theft alarm system with interior monitoring, central locking system

Electronic Stability Control (ESC) /Electronic differential lock XDS

Passenger protection system (Pre-crash) /Pedestrian monitoring

Forward Collision Warning Front Assist with Autonomous Emergency Braking System

Driver and front passenger airbag with front passenger airbag deactivation, including knee airbag on driver's side

Curtain airbag system for front and rear passengers, side airbags in front

Electric parking brake with Auto Hold /Indirect tire-pressure monitoring system

Tire Mobility Set (12-volt compressor and tire sealant)

FUNCTIONALITY AND OTHER EQUIPMENT

Automatic air conditioning system "Climatronic" with 2-zone temperature regulation

Winter package (heated front seats, headlamp washer system, automatically heated washer nozzles in front)

Power windows in front and rear /Exterior mirrors power-adjustable and heated

Heated windshield /Navigation system

BATTERY AND CHARGING

Electric motor power from 100kW/Lithium-Ion Battery (35.8 kWh)

Vehicle inlet for combined charging (CCS), intended for AC and fast DC charging

Cables for charging from household socket (2.3 kW) and at public charging points (7.2 kW)

WARRANTY Vehicle - 5 years or 100 000 km./ High voltage battery - 8 years or 160 000 km.

Note:

1.  Awardee will have to register its company in www.sam.gov prior to the award

2.  Payment will be made within 30 days after delivery of new vehicles and issuance of the proper invoice.
