It is J & S Ross’s name which will appear on the very handsome trophy for Border Union show, their winning animal was the six year old cow Doon of Urr Nerys, the Diamond B Deadline daughter which has been champion at the National Galloway Show and overall Champion of champions at Stewarty show in 2003. She was paraded with a heifer calf at foot. The reserve tickets also went home to Romesboech, Bertha 214 of Romesbeoch now has now many rosettes to her name, including Highland & Ayr show champion last year, and Great Yorkshire and Ayr and reserve champion at the Highland Show this year

The male champion trophy went home with Jean Cruikshank, Horsburgh Castle, Peeples, for the extensively shown Lookout of Romesbeoch.
