To establish a Joint Venture facility to develop and manufacture Organic Fertilizers,
Veterinary & Poultry Feed Supplements, Bulk Drugs (Nutraceuticals) products to
Cater the needs of Turkey & Other nearby Countries.
We wish to establish International standards, state of the art fermentation based Research & Development center along with semi commercial (Bio Technology) fermentation based manufacturing facilities in Turkey. Since ours is TECHNOLOGY & RESERCH driven organization, we prefer to be in Public Demine premises for better exchange of Scientific knowledge with Researchers.
We are very much interested to establish our Research & DevelopmentCenter cum semi manufacturing unit based on fermentation (Bio-technology) process. The unique feature of the technology is that the proposed Venture is capable of manufacturing various ranges of products to cater the needs of the following segments:
- Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients
- Veterinary Sector
- Poultry Sector
- Agricultural Sector for production of Organic Plant Nutrients / Fertilizers
Features of proposed Venture
The proposed project is Zero Pollution Unit and 100 % Eco-Friendly and no harmful chemicals will be utilized in the manufacturing process. The process is based on Fermentation and the main Technology is based on living Bacteria (Strain).
The novelty of technology is that the basic raw material is Sucrose / Glucose/ Sugarcane Juice, Soybean which may be sourced from Local Market and Glucose can be manufactured for in-house consumption, based on Maize Starch. Therefore, this Project is totally Technology Driven and based on agriculture produce as basic raw material.
Since the proposed project is based on Agriculture produce, the Project will also attract certain incentives like subsidy on capital investment, Income Tax rebate for 15 Years and other Incentives & subsidizes for 12-15 years, Zero Taxes on finished products and Power subsidy etc., from your Government.
In this regard, we wish to submit TURKEY Government to consider allotment of around 30 acres (150,000 Square meters) of land with ownership status as we will be investing huge capital for the manufacturing establishment & Research facilities. This program will facilitates easy access of state of the art Bio Technology Research facility to all Researchers / Universities in Turkey / nearby Countries and will also meets the International standards of Private-Public Partnership program.
In order to set up a Fermentation based plant we require to have significant capital investments and we can consider to set up a semi commercial scale unit with 10000 liters capacity fermentation facilities with 5-6 fermentors, which ultimately enhance capacity to 30000 liters fermentation plant with minimum 10 fermentors.
Kindly note that the proposed Bio-Technology Project Capital Outlay will be approximately $10 Million USDs and State of the Art Research & Development facility will cost us 6 Millions USDs (TOTAL 16 USDs). Therefore we are looking for free allotment of 30 acres land (150,000 square meters) with good water facility and we assure that the Research based Project implementation will be completed within two & half years.
The total Plant & Machinery and Technology will be supplied from India, as all critical equipments are tailor-made items.
Since the Project implementation duration is around two & half years, we propose to develop market for our products during these two years period by exporting the products from India, so that market will be ready by the time the project is implemented for its commercial production. Needless to submit that we are already in process of developing market in Turkey and are optimistic of developing good Business in nearest future. We have already established our Research based organizations in Quebec-Canada and in Manhattan, Kansas State, USA and the main aim is to export our products to North & South American markets from the proposed facilities.
We also like to seek some investment from local Government agencies as Equity or Grant & loans, in the form of financial assistance of about 60 % of cost of the Project and request them to facilitate buying back of part of capacity by the Government to distribute products through their marketing channels.
