Conference Terms and Conditions

Obligation to register

All individuals attending the conference must pay a registration fee. All presenters must be registered. At least one author of each paper needs to register to ensure the inclusion of the paper(s) in the conference proceedings.

Registration Deadline

Authors Registration ends on June 1th, 2013, participants can register later

Late Payment Surcharge

A late payment surcharge of €50 will be added to your registration fee if you opt to pay after June 1st.

We may collect and store information provided in the registration process for the purposes of enabling individuals to register for the Conference, to facilitate their requirements in relation to the Conference (including the provision of follow-up material), to allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relating to the Conference, to process the conference fee payments, and to assist with the administration and planning of future Conferences and other events.We will not otherwise, without the consent of individuals involved, use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those specified here.

Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed by individuals with a comparable or higher level of expertise as the registrand to maintain quality of presentation and discussion. Substitutions should have the same member classification so that the payment is an even exchange transfer of payment. Refunds and Cancellations

Payments will not be eligible for refunds.Note: Situations that fall under this policy include, but are not limited to, absence due to illness, late arrival, weather, and/or travel difficulties.
