What we offer:
· Support the scrum master in transforming the working mode from waterfall to a full agile product development
· Safeguard the quality of development work (together with the team)
· Optimize and reduce the amount of rework, thereby improving the total cost of development through standardization, reusability and monitoring initial quality
· Assist in the creation/ modification of development guidelines, tools and processes across adidas Global IT.

What we are looking for:
1. Digital Native, with a passion for technology and consumer value delivery
2. Experience in Agile transformations and educating stakeholders in the Agile Methodology
3. A start up mentality and passion about Digital IT
4. Knowledge of patterns and techniques to enhance the scrum approach
5. Strong communication and facilitation/ mediation skills
6. Passion for sports and a strong sense of humor
7. Excellent understanding of web technologies and architecture as well as strong software engineering skills with an understanding of development methods (SCRUM, KANBAN, etc. ) is a plus
8. Proven experience in leading site releases and launching new features and functionality into web production is a plus
