The abstract should be edited using an Arial font, size 10p, single-spaced lines. The text you are reading now fulfills all requirements, and we strongly encourage you to use it as a template for your abstract. All the instructions have to be deleted (grey lines) or replaced by your text. Use A4 format and margins of 2.5 cm, providing 16cm × 22.5+2.0cm for the abstract + additional information. The title, authors list, affiliations, the main text, reference list and the Email of the corresponding author should be separated by a blank line. Please, do not modify the code in front of the title (C-Day-X.Y:), this will be defined later. The author list and affiliations should be centered, with affiliations in italics. For each author please give the complete first name, initials for other given names and the family name in capital letters. The name of the presenting author should be underlined and the corresponding author denoted by an asterisk.

In the text of your abstract do not indent paragraphs or put blank lines between them. Symbol font can be used for special characters and formulas, but other fonts should be avoided. Citations [1] should be given by Arabic numbers in square brackets [2] and the reference list should follow the model below, all without any hyperlinks. Footnotes should be avoided.

Should you wish to include a figure in the abstract, use either a png (of 256 colors or less) or jpg original of suitable resolution (200-300 dpi), whichever provides a smaller file size, taking care that the total final file size does not exceed ~100 KBytes. The figure may be embedded in the text, and should be separated from it by 5-6mm (= one blank line). For the figure caption use Arial 9p in italics.

The total length of your abstract should not exceed one page, including the information given below the E-mail. Submit the abstract as a docx or doc file, together with a printable pdf version, by E-mail to <>. Please use the standardized file name "RHMF_Cn_Name", where "C" = I, O or P for invited, oral or poster presentation respectively, "n" is the number of category in the list given below and "Name" is your family name.

The oral contributions will be selected by Program Committee from the abstracts that you propose as oral presentations. All the abstracts accepted by the Program Committee will be published in the Book of Abstracts, which will remain available on the conference web-site. No more than one presentation per registered participant will be accepted.

Please note that, following the dominant opinion of the members of RHMF 2015 Committees, no proceedings will be published. The authors are strongly encouraged to publish their work presented at the conference as regular articles, and the questions in the last two lines are only to know your intentions and preferences.
