DirectionsFrom the A1(M) take junction 7 (A602) for Stevenage Stick to the A602 through two roundabouts, at the 3rd take 1st exit into Valley Way, follow until you turn right into Six Hills Way.. At the roundabout take 1st exit to Brittain Way. The entrance to MarriottsSchool will be straight ahead.
Parking islimited at the school so please share cars if at all possible. Other car parks are shown on the map… PTO If parking on local roads please do not cause an obstruction. You will be ticketed if parked over a kerb.
CourseOne lap, starting a short walk (1200 meters) from the school and finishing in Fairland’s ValleyPark alongside the children’s play area. The race is run entirely on the Stevenage cycle-ways & footpaths, after a downhill start it is a mainly flat course throughout. Accurately measured 10k course.
FacilitiesToilets and changing with showers for both males and females at Marriots Sports Centre which is part of the School
FoodWill be available in the race H.Q.
By train:Take trains from Kings Cross at 17:33, 17:44, 17:53, 18:14, 18:33, 18:44 the journey to Stevenage takes 19-25mins Then either walk (1.5 miles approximately.)or take buses SB1 or SB3 from stop N in Lytton Way See map on reverse of this or on web site
Race numbers If you do not have a MWRRL number yet Malcolm will give you one at race H.Q.Please come early if you need one, I will be there until 7:30, after that I will go to the start and will be able to give you a number there. Those with one already, please remember to bring it with youas you use the same one all season

Club vests have to be worn and please remember to bring some safety pins. Normal road shoes are fine. There will be a few spare vests if you need one.
We always welcome everybody to run in these races; we do need as many of you as possible to run (especially women) so that we can retain our place in Division 1.
