Intergenerational practice brings together people from different generations to share learning, come to understand each other and have fun together. Intergenerational learning can make an important contribution to bridging the gap between different social groups in society. However, the potential of intergenerational learning involving younger children (0-10years) and older people has not yet been explored. This course will promote awareness and expertise among practitioners to support them in developing good quality, sustainable intergenerational practice.
- Through this course you will learn about intergenerational practice and discover practical ways to create opportunities for intergenerational learning in your own area.
- Participants who have successfully completed the course will receive a certificate from the TOY consortium
