Lobbyists work to influence legislation at the federal, provincial and municipal level. These groups help to ensure the voices of all Canadians are heard. Your task is to investigate a lobby group that works to influence decisions made by the Canadian federal government.
Step 1:Select a lobby group. You may choose from the list below or research another lobby group that you know of.

History of the group
What is the purpose or mission of the group?
Who do they represent?
Is the group associated with a political party?
Examples of past projects or campaigns
Current issues or campaigns
Any other interesting information about the group
Step 3:Prepare a PowerPoint presentation to inform your classmates about the lobby group you investigated.
Your presentations will be evaluated according to the following rubric:
