Cancellations and Refunds Policy

If you are unable to attend the conference, please let Miss Nath know as soon as possible. If a cancellation is made before August 15th 2006 a full refund will be given. If a cancellation is made after August 15th, no refund can be given.

Travel and Accommodation

Conference participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. A list of the accommodation in the vicinity of the conference is available from the conference web page: http://ipr.dime-eu.org/ipr_conference

All participants (including DIME participants who can participate in the event for free) must pay for their own travel and hotel.
