Client Description & Project Description: - Heavy Hyundai Industries Ltd is one of the largest organizations for offshore projects all over the world. We were involved in trenching of rock for the SWHE project for gas pipeline from Myanmar to China. In this project we have to trench the rock for placing 20’ dia pipe for the passage of gas from offshore of 120kms to the onshore OGT. We completed the job successfully within the allotted time period for the prestigious project of Myanmar.

Client Description: - Tuticorin Port Trust belongs to Central Government located on the south-east Coast of India (Tuticorin, Tamilnadu) is one of the youngest major ports of the country. The main project is Dredging the Dock basin infront of Breath no.9, Tuticorin Port Trust.
Project Description: - M/s Dharti have been awarded major dredging work at Tuticorin Port Trust. The Scope of the work is to Dredge the Dock Basin In front of Berth No.9 of 338000 Cum quantity by making the Depth from 7.1m to 12.2m form sea bed level for the entry of ships nearly about 11 to 12m draft into the newly constructed berth. It includes both De-silting of Soft Soil & Rock Dredging.
As it is not possible for Cutter Section to dredge the rock we deployed Backhoe Dredgers for lifting the Rock and silt. For Rock fragmentation we go for underwater drilling followed by charging the drilled holes by inserting the Explosive cartridges through the casing pipes. The Wires of Electric Detonators (ED) which are inserted in Cartridges are taken out with the help of divers and are connected in series. After shifting the drilling barge to a safe position, blasting will be done with the help of Exploder.
After completion of blasting the material is removed by deploying backhoe Dredgers. The removed material has to be dumped in the reclimination area by using the Split Hopper Barges of nearly 1000 cum capacity. By this process we are doing the Dredging Work.

Project Title : Dredging and Removal of Rock Strata at OHTC, in front of LPG Jetty, Inner Harbour channel and IHTC of VPT – Reg.
Client : Visakhapatnam Port Trust.
Duration : July’09 to Oct’09 (Completed Successfully)

Client Description:- Visakhapatnam Port Trust belongs to Central Government located at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The only Indian Port with ISO 9001 – 14001 – OHSAS - 18001project is Dredging the Dock basin infront of Breath no.9, Tuticorin Port Trust.

Company : Punj Sons Loyd Company
Client : Godavari Pipeline project.

Client Description: - This is related to State Government. The aim of the client is to provide water to Visakhapatnam District from Godavari Basin, it is about 260 km.
Project Description: - The material i.e., iron sheets are supplied by the client to the company and the sheets are fabricated into pipes in the piping mill division with a definite diameter and length. And after the pipes are sent to the sand blasting division there corrosion is removed.
The sand blasted pipes are sent to the coating division where the sand mixed with cement in a given proportation and coated on the pipes. The coated pipes were sent to the Yard for curing purpose to a certain time.
After the curing time, the pipes are sending to the Dispatch section, from the dispatch section the pipes are dispatched to the client.
Project 5:
Client: - Mumbai Uran Trunk Pipeline Project of ONGCL/HHI.
Role: - Production Engineer.
Duration: - Jun 06 to Oct 07
Place: - Kandla – Gujarat.
Client Description: - It is a Reputed Construction company in dealing Oil Projects in different countries. Their work is to construct the pipes for exchange of oil between two countries.
Project Description: - The pipes are supplied by METALLURGICA ABRUZZESE SPA- ITALY. And the pipes are sent to the coating division for coal tar coating it is done not to get any iron exposed outside it is coated as coal tar is in an insulating conductor.
After the coal tar coating, an anode made of bross in inserted around the pipe not to get any electrical shocks when immersed in ocean in exchange of oil. After the anode inserting the is sent to the coating plant, where the iron ore is mixed with cement in a given proportion in a batching plant and send to the batching mixture and coated on pipe in given diameter.
After the coating the pipe is sent to the Yard Section where the curing is done to a certain time. After the curing completion the pipes are send to the dispatch section, where the pipes are dispatched to the client.
