Varsity & JV trip to Chicago Area

Itinerary
Friday, April 29th
Players will be excused from school for the entire day, no need to call in.
8:10 amPlayers arrive, check in and board bus at rear of the Student Parking Lot near tennis courts.
(Bagels & water on the bus; boys also instructed to bring bag lunch)
8:30 amDepart Troy High; transport team to Melrose Park, IL
~ 12:00 noon stop for 30 - 45 minutes for bathroom & to eat in TBD (boys bring bag lunch)

2:15 pmArrive at Fenwick (Babe Serpico Memorial Field)
4:45pmJV Game at Fenwick (Dinner hosted by Fenwick)
6:30pmVarsity Game at Fenwick (Players/Coaches dinner hosted by Fenwick following varsity game)
9:00pm Dinner reservation for parents at hotel
9:30 pmBus leaves for hotel (20 minute drive)
Players will be checked in by Tom and Laura Rolands. We will distribute room assignments and keys when players arrive at the hotel.
10:30 pmPlayers in rooms & lights out by 11pm
Saturday, April 30th
7:15 amTeam breakfast at hotel restaurant (JV and Varsity)
8:15 amTeam meet in hotel lobby; load luggage & equipment on bus
8:30 amBus leaves for York High School
9:00 amArrive at York
9:30 amJV on the field to warm up for game
Varsity players wait in the gym
10:00 amJV game vs York
Players can shower & change after game
12:00 pmVarsity game vs York
Players can shower & change after game
~2:00 pmLunch will be provided for players & coaches at York before heading for home
~3:00 pmBus transport team back to Troy High
(assume approx 5.5 hour travel time including estimate 45-minute stop for dinner. Players need to bring money for dinner.)

•Make sure your player has lunch with him for the bus ride to Chicago
