It is time to re-register for our Religious Education Program for 2017-18--Kindergarten – 8th Grade
1-6th Grade Sessions will take place: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Afternoon (4:15-5:45PM) and Evening (6 -7:30 PM)
Kindergartenwill beoffered Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Afternoon - 4:15-5:45 PM
7th gradeis also offered onTuesday AND Thursday 4:15-5:45PMin addition to Tuesday, Wednesday and ThursdayEvenings6 -7:30 PM.
8th Grade: The Archdiocese has Religious Ed curriculum required through the 8th grade thus in order to grow a dynamic 8th grade- Returning 8th graders may register for a $60 materials fee this year. We will have an 8th grade ONLY on Thursday Evening - 6 -7:30 PM.
Please use this form ONLY for re-registration of children ALREADY in the program. New Student Registration forms are available on the Parish website or in the Religious Education Office. All children are required to have a copy of their Baptismal Certificate on file. (even if Baptized at St. Mary’s)

All fees are due in full at the time of registration. Session selection is on a 1st come 1st serve basis for fully registered and paid students --and as always dependent on us finding volunteer Catechists and Assistants.

Registration Fee: Grades 1-7$165.00 per child / $225- 2 or more children (Kindergartener or 8th Grader as ONLY child in family- $60 )
$25 of the Registration Fee is NON-refundable / The entire fee is NON refundable after 9/1/17 / There is a Late fee after July 1, 2017 of $25.00 per family.
AParishioner Rebate of $50 is available- if you have used 40 or more envelopes during the past year- please print out form on-line on the parish website. Sacrament Fees due when Sacraments begin to prepare: $65.00 for 1st Communion (due in Oct 2017) / $100 for Confirmation (due in July 2017)
**We are making every effort to hold fees consistent with other parishes and provide a quality program.
**Sixth grade students will be asked to purchase a particular Bible in September for use in class.
