WEIGHT CLASSES: FOOD:
Grouped and set AFTER weigh-in. Quincy Notre Dame parents will serve food all day, beginning at 7:30 a.m.
STARTING TIME:
Wrestling will begin at 9:15 a.m. ADMISSION:
Adults $5, Students $3, children 6 and under are free.
AWARDS:
Medals will be given to the Top 4 in each bracket. MATCHES:
All Divisions will consist of 3 one-minute periods.
ENTRY FEE: Overtime will be decided using the IHSA format.
$12.00 on or prior to March 16th.
$15.00 after March 16th or at the door. ATHLETIC TRAINER:
> Checks payable to QND Wrestling A Certified athletic trainer will be available all day.
INSURANCE: Each wrestler must provide their own insurance and sign the waiver below.
CLOTHING SALES: A large variety of T-shirts, shorts, headgear, hats, uniforms, kneepads, books, videos, and much more will
be on sale all day.

As the parent/guardian for______, I understand that neither Quincy Notre Dame High School, the wrestling coach, nor anyone connected with the wrestling tournament, assumes any responsibility for accidents, or for medical, or any other expenses incurred as a result of participating in this wrestling tournament. I will not hold the QND coaches, administrators, or their representatives responsible for any accidental injury or mishap that occurs to the above entrant, and that I will be responsible for all damages to the school caused by the above entrant.

**Prepaid registrations received prior to March 16th are eligible to purchase Tournament T-shirts at a discounted price. Prepayment of shirt/s is required to receive the discounted price. Please include the price of the shirt order along with your registration. Your shirt order will be available for all prepaid orders at registration. (No limit or minimum order)
