Rockwell Hsu, PhD, has over 14 years of experience in semiconductor packaging industry with proven track records in high speed mixed-signal and RF packaging design, test, and fabrication. He has knowledge in signal and power integrity, transmission line theory, semiconductor packaging technology, IC package design, EM/PI/SI simulation, fabrication, and assembly. He is also familiar with GHz lab measurement for SerDes and RF devices.
He is currently working as Sr. signal integrity engineer on next generation high performance, high memory density 12.5Gb/s SerDes-memory combo devices for Cisco N7K switching products. Prior to Cisco, he was working on high speed digital interface simulation for DDR3 memory and RF packaging development at Intel , UWB package design at WiLinx, Bluetooth products, and satellite antenna design at Space System/Loral.
