Beverage categorie: Fancy Cocktail
Compulsory beverage ingredients:
1. The total content of alcoholic ingredients must not exceed 4 cl per dose of beverage
2. The maximum number of individual ingredients is 7, including injections and drops or a bar spoon
3. Competition drink must contain the basis (see rules JCC-2016)

Compulsory beverage ingredients – category Fancy Cocktail:
1. Competitor is obliged to use at least 2 cl of Bohemia Honey
2. In case of using syrups, only MONIN company products listed in the appendix are permitted
3. In case of using mineral or bottled water, only Karlovarské minerální vody, a.s. products are permitted
4. In case of using industrially manufactured flavored soft drinks, only Coca Cola products listed in
the appendix are permitted

Time limit: 6 minutes – competitor prepares the categories of cocktails all at once
Ice: Provided by the organizer in design: Cube
Recipe: Recipe become the property of CBA and the organizer of the competition, without any
Compensation in the event of their publication
The ingredients and glass for compulsory beverage listed in the appendix will be provided by the organizer of the competition according to the recipes sent in a proper way.
Other ingredients are provided by the competitors themselves.
Competition evaluation: According to the rules of JCC 2016, jury's decisions are final. Any protest can be lodged with the Chief Steward, however, only in the place and date of the competition.

Schedule: 09:45 a.m. opening ceremony
10:00 a.m. the start of the first contestant
03:30 p.m. supposed completion of the contest

05:00 p.m. cocktail party
Additional information:
Parking in the hotel car park available, or nearby in the large – capacity parking house in Panská Street. Parking costs paid by the participants themselves.
