Barre: This total body conditioning technique has been intertwined to create an intense workout, guaranteed to transform and sculpt your entire body. This class emphasizes the foundations of Barre fitness

Blitz Classes: 20 minute classes deliver a Hit and Run style of fitness. Hit different targets daily or the whole body in a week. We advise you give yourself extra time before and after class for additional warm-up and stretching.

Ab: The name doesn’t lie: this is a 20 minute workout that focuses on your 6 pack! This core workout will improve your core strength, stability and endurance.

Upper Body: This class focuses on building muscular strength and endurance in your upper body.

Tabata: 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest. 4 sets of 4 minutes. Go!

Boot Camp: This intense, fun and challenging class will improve your fitness and is great for weight loss. Boot Camp is a high-energy, metabolism-boosting workout combining cardiovascular intervals with full body exercises.

Cardio Kickbox: An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations, this class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance.

Cycle: An energetic indoor cycling class that combines sprints, intervals, and high resistance climbs to improve your cardiovascular capacity, stamina and muscular endurance. If you are looking to have some fun, get sweaty and burn your day away then this is the class for you!

H.I.T: “High Intensity Training”. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, with a focus on interval training. A combination of strength, cardio and core conditioning are incorporated to keep the heart rate elevated and burn off those extra calories. The short intervals allow you to work at your own pace and complete a workout you can call your own!

Metabolic Sculpt: Metabolic training involves completing structural and compound exercises with little rest in between. Interval or circuit training bouts consist of intense anaerobic exercise combined with multi joint muscular workout at maximal effort. You will feel the burn after your workout in an effort to maximize up to a 500 calorie burn in 30 minutes and increase metabolic rate from 10 – 25% during and after the workout. Your increased metabolic rate can last up to 48 hours.

Total Body Work: A high energy workout that hits all areas, Total Body works your cardiovascular system, upper body strength, lower body toning and core endurance.

Yoga: Yoga is a combination of many things, a veritable yin and yang. Strength and flexibility training is accomplished through many different poses. Mind and spirit are calmed through breathing and meditation practices. Afterwards the body and soul are re-invigorated for the challenges of work, play, and life.

Zumba: This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
