SENSATIONAL DOUBLE MURDER CASE OF PS NIHAL VIHAR SOLVED BY POLICE STATION ANAND VIHAR (EAST DISTRICT) AND ONE PERSON ARRESTED.
The Staff of PS Anand Vihar, East District has arrested one person namely Dinesh Sharma s/o sh. Satya Prakash Sharma, Age- 37 Yrs, r/o H No. 792 Shahid Bhagat Singh Colony, Karawal Nagar Delhi and solved the sensational double murder case of PS Nihal Vihar, West District.
INCIDENT
On 02.04.11, a PCR call was received reg. double murder in H No. 8, Yadav Park Ext. Kamruddin, Nagar, PS Nihal Vihar, Delhi. On reaching the spot police found that the victims have been removed to Satya Bhabha Hospital, where one old lady namely Krishna Devi w/o Govind, Age 60 Yrs., and her grand daughter, age 15 Yrs. were subsequently declared dead. On the inspection of the scene of crime and enquiry conducted by local police and information given by the another surviving grand daughter who escaped from the clutches of the assailants it emerged that Dinesh and Vicky known to the family and also a distant relative had committed the murder of her grandmother and elder sister. rumiOn her statement case FIR No. 96/11, dated 02.04.11, u/s 302/307/34, IPC, was registered at PS Nihal Vihar, West Distt. Delhi and investigation taken up.
ARREST:
A secret information was received by constable Ismile of PS Anand Vihar regarding likely presence of Dinesh who is involved in a double murder case of Nihal Vihar around Karkardooma Community Centre, Delhi on 09.04.2011. Accordingly a Police team consisting of SI Bhim Sain SI K K Sharma, ASI Shahid Ali, ASI Shahid Khan, HC Manoj, HC Sukhbir, HC Umesh , HC Ved Pal, HC Rajiv, Ct. Jagsaron, Ct. Ismile, Ct Rajiv, Ct Sudhir and Ct. Birbal and under the close supervision of Insp. Rohitash kumar, SHO/Anand Vihar and overall supervision by ACP/Vivek Vihar Sh. Prem Singh Hooda was constituted and one person was apprehended. Later on he was identified as namely Dinesh Sharma s/o Sh. Satya Prakash Sharma, Age- 37 Yrs, r/o H No. 792 Shahid Bhagat Singh Colony, Karawal Nagar Delhi.
PROFILE AND INTERROGATION:
Accused Dinesh Sharma s/o Sh. Satya Prakash Sharma is a graduate from D. U. and he is a white- wash contractor by profession. He is residing at H No. 792 Shahid Bhagat Singh Colony, Karawal Nagar Delhi. He disclosed that he is a distant relative of the deceased Krishna Devi and his family. For the business purpose he had borrowed some money through an agreement from Krishna Devi. The old lady has been insisting for early payment of the loan from Dinesh. Dinesh was unable to pay the money due to financial problems. Due to constant pressure from the deceased Dinesh Sharma and his brother Vicky went to the house of the deceased on 02.04.2011 to take back agreement, which was made between the deceased and the accused. The lady demanded money from them. They expressed their inability to pay the money. On some pretext they stayed overnight at the house of the old lady. In the night once the grand children of the old lady slept, Dinesh asked the deceased to hand over the copy of loan agreement. The old lady refused. Thereafter accused Dinesh and his brother Vicky strangulated the old lady and smothered her with the help of Pillow. During scuffle and hearing the cry of her 15 year old grand daughter, who was sleeping next to the deceased Krsihna Devi, woke up and started crying. After smothering Krishna Devi accused Dinesh Sharma and his brother overpowered and smothered her too. The above incident was seen by another 9 year old grand daughter of the deceased who escaped and bolted herself in another room. Thereafter both the accused persons ran away from the spot. After the incident Dinesh has been running from places to places to evade police arrest.
Accused Dinesh Sharma was formally arrested and produced before concerned court on 10/04/11.

ISRAIL @ LALA KINGPIN OF INTERSTATE GANG OF CHEATS WHO DUPED THOUSAND OF INNOCENT PEOPLES ON PRETEXT OF INSTALLING MOBILE TOWERS OF VARIOUS LEADING MOBILE COMPANIES ARRESTED
Special Staff of East Distt. has arrested the kingpin of gang of cheats who were cheating innocent peoples of various states of India on pretext of installing Mobile Towers. The arrested kingpin is:
1. Israil @ Lala s/o Iqbal Ahmad r/o A-60, West Vinod Nagar , Gali No. 2, Delhi.
INFORMATION AND TEAM:
Special Staff East Distt. on 04/03/11 busted a gang of cheats from Acharya Niketan Market, Mayur Vihar Phase-1 market. They were running an illegal business of cheating in name of installing Towers of various Mobile companies in several states and have cheated thousands of innocent citizens by giving advertisements in newspapers. From them 180 mobile phones, thousands of fake stamp papers, Speed Post Stamps and forged documents related to various mobile companies were recovered. Case FIR No. 101/11 u/s 419/420/467/468/471/120 B/34 IPC PS Pandav Nagar was got registered and were arrested. Hundreds of complainants have till date contacted Special Staff Office who were victims of this gang of cheats. During Police Custody of the accused persons, 50 more mobile phones were recovered. The Kingpin of this gang was absconding and hiding. Several raids were conducted to apprehend him but he kept on changing his hideouts in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. On dated 09.04.11, a specific input was received in Special Staff East that he had came back from Himachal Pradesh and is hiding in a flat in Gaur Green Society, Sec-5, Vaishali. Immediately a raid was conducted along with local police of PS Indirapuram. Israil @ Lala came to know of police presence and jumped from the window of flat situated at First Floor. In this process both his legs got fractured and was apprehended by the team. He was admitted in Hospital and arrested in the case. During the raid two of the member of raiding party also got injured.
MODUS OPERANDI:
He disclosed that they give advertisement in leading newspapers of Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and other states that if anyone has appropriate piece of land and wants to get mobile towers installed can contact on given mobile numbers. The interested customers when contact on said mobile numbers given in advertisement the telecaller explain them the scheme as directed by the gang of cheats and take the details of caller/customer. The details are then given to the team leaders/ cheats/accused who sent fake and forged letters with fake speed post stamps to the customers. They mostly prefer in cheating of Virgin, Idea and Aircel Mobile Companies Towers. Then they contact the interested customers and tell them to deposit the registration amount in account number which they acquired by forged means. When the land owner/customer deposits the money which is between 4-5 thousand rupees in that account they send a fake set of agreement letter to the victim. In that agreement the victim is lured of getting Rs 65,000- Rs 70,000/- as monthly rent and Rs 40 lacs as advance by company and asked the victim to deposit Rs. 43,000/- as Govt. Tax in a given account number. When the prey deposits that amount in the said account the cheats immediately withdraws the amount, and then the team leader/cheat directs the telecallers that this person is not eligible and asked them to not attend his calls. The gang of cheats has around more than 100 accounts in fake names in ICICI Bank, Punjab National Bank, State Bank of India and State Bank of Patiala. For appointment of telecallers the gang separately gives advertisement frequently in newspapers. Telecallers were provided Rs. 5,000/- as salary. This gang does not keep telecallers for more than two months with the fear of exposure of their cheating racket and whenever the telecallers came to know of fraud business they tell them to quit job.
RECOVERY:
1. 30 mobile phones
2. 20 agreement letters of different mobile companies
3. 2 ATM cards allegedly used by the accused to cheat innocent people.
PROFILE:
1. Israil @ Lala s/o Iqbal Ahmad r/o A-60, West Vinod Nagar , Gali No. 2, Delhi. Aged 22 years, Fifth pass, for the last one year associated with tower fraud.

INTRODUCTION
With the arrest of following five persons namely-

3. Jahir Hussain Age 38 yrs s/o Shamshuddin Miyan,
4. Abdul, Age 38 yrs s/o Abdul Salaam,
5. Munna Shah Age 20 yrs s/o Nasni Shah all r/o Kumhar Mohalla, Devli VillageDelhi
The South Distt Police has busted the gang of notorious Jugnu@ Bihari , infamous for committing hundreds of incidents of burglaries, house thefts in the area of Delhi and NCR. The areas in South and South East Delhi viz. Lado Sarai, Hauz Rani, Saket, Malviya Nagar, Sangam Vihar , Neb Sarai , Ambedkar Nagar, Mehrauli have allegedly been affected with the activities of this gang. With their arrest around 25 fresh incidents of burglaries, Mobile shops break in and house theft reported in various areas of South, South East Delhisolved.Stolen articles i.e mobile phones and accessories worth lacs of rupees including other articles along with hi tech house breaking instruments recovered.
INCIDENT
ShJai Prakash, a Trader owned a shop of mobile phones and accessories running in the name of JP Communication reported to the police that on the intervening night of 21.03.11 he closed his shop at around11:00 pmandwent to his house . Next day around 11.00 am when he opened his shop he found his shop was ransacked by some unknown persons and expensive mobile phones and accessories worth lakhs of rupees found missing. He called the police and reported the matter. Subsequently, a case vide FIR no 63/11 u/s 457/380 IPC was registered in PS Saketand investigation taken up. In the recent past also several other case of house thefts and burglaries were reported in the area of Lado Sarai in which the burglars strike in the same manner. A team of PS Saket was constituted to gather information about the movement of burglars and robbers recently released from Jail and others previously involved in similar crime.
TEAM , INVESTIGATION & ARREST
The team of Police Station Saket consisting of Inspr. Dharam Dev, Dharambir Singh Rathee, SIs Proshun , Arvind, Rajender ,HCs Ajeet , Billu , Gopal , Rajender Cts Bhupender and Sandeep under the supervision of Insp Rajender Singh SHO/Saket and ShMehar SinghACP/Hauz Khas visited a few incidents of burglaries reported inSouth Delhiand collected intelligence about the movements of notorious gangs expert in break in mobile phone shops. The name of notorious Jugnu Bihari gang surfaced. It was learnt that these gang members had earlier been involved in many cases ofburglaries, house thefts and their movement was also noticed in the affected areas ofSouth Delhiwhere these incidents were reported. The team also laid traps for days to catch the gang involved in the recent crime. The information about the gang was further developed and on the basis of specific information the team nabbed the alleged Irfan Alamand Mohammed Shamshedaround 11 pm on 8.04.11near Jhankar Banquet Hall Lado Sarai where they had assembled together for committing another crime. From their personal search hi teck shutter breaking implements were recovered.Ontheir sustained interrogation both of them confessed that they are working for Jugnu Bihari and are committing day burglaries and house thefts in South, South East Delhiespecially Lado Sarai, Hauz Rani, Saket, Malviya Nagar,Sangam Vihar , Neb Sarai , Ambedkar Nagar, Mehraulietc.The accused persons also disclosed that they have committed the burglary in the Lado Sarai area few days back with their other gang members and decamped with mobile phones and accessories worth lacs of rupees .Both of them were accordingly arrested in the present case. Afterwards, at the instance of these accused persons, their other associates namely Abdul Adud , Jahir Hussain and Munna Shah involved in the recent spate of burglaries and house thefts were arrested from Kumhar Mohalla Devli Village, where all the gang members were putting up in a rented accommodation which was also being used by them for concealing stolen booty. At the instance of these accused persons mobile phones and otheraccessories worth lacs of rupees were recovered from the hideout of the accused persons. The recovered stolen articles were found to be stolen from the areas of Ambedkar Nagar, Neb Sarai, Sangam Vihar and other adjoining areas. All of them were interrogated thoroughly and were arrested accordingly. All the accused persons were produced before the court andIrfan AlamMohammed Shamshedand Abdul Adudwere taken on Police Custody remand for arresting the Kinpin of the gang Jugnu Bihari from the areas in Bihar near Nepal border, effect the recovery of remaining case property and custodial interrogation.
INTERROGATION & PROFILE
The interrogation of the accused persons has revealed that they all are working for Jugnu Bihari ,who has formed the gang of around 25-30 young burglars and robbers mostly belong to his home state .The kingpin Jugnubasically hails from Motihari , Bihar and had migrated to Delhi around 15-20 years back along with his family members. Soon he taken to crime and after committing petty thefts initially he started committing burglaries and house thefts at large scale. He formed his owngang and after luring young boys he employs them in his gang. Irfan had mastered the art of breaking and opening any kind of lock. Mohd Shamshed had mastered the art of gainingaccess in the shop/house with in a very short time even though the small space is left underneath the shutter. Munna Kumar, the youngest of all was used to stay back outside with his female friend to make an alert signal if police approaches. He also identifies the potential targetsi.e. Mobile shops fitted with Shutters in congested localitiesby roaming in the area during day time. They are well versed with the topography ofSouth, South East and East Delhi. Inthe past they have committed burglaries mainly in all the areas of South Delhi.
