2017 PRODUCION WEEK SCHEDULE

ATTENDENCE IS MANDATORY. THIS SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE VISIT FACEBOOK PAGE AND WEBSITE EACH WEEK FOR POSSIBLE CHANGES.
SET CONSTRUCTION IN OUR STORAGE SPACE ON HARBOR STREET IN NEW BEDFORD WILL BEGIN SHORTLY. BOB LONG WILL PLACE A SCHEDULE ON THE FACE BOOK PAGE.
Saturday May 6:
10:00 AM TO 10:00 PM SET CONSTRUCTION
All parents are required help us with putting up the set, painting, etc. This allows us to provide your child with the very best production possible and is greatly appreciated.
10:00 AM A few parents will be needed to load up the truck at our Harbor Street storage space. Please reach out to Bob Long.
11:00 AM Unload truck and begin construction, painting and other production projects.
Sunday May 7:
11:00 AM TO 9:00 PM OR EARLIER IF FINISHED. SET CONSTRUCTION.
2:00 PM COSTUME FITTING ENTIRE CAST
3:00 PM UNTIL DONE RUN SHOW IN GYM ENTIRE CAST
Monday May 8:
6:00 – 6:30 PUT ON COSTUMES
6:30 - 9:00 RUN ACT ONE TWICE ENTIRE CAST
Tuesday May 9:
6:00 – 6:30 PUT ON COSUTMES
6:30 – 9:00 RUN ACT TWO TWICE ENTIRE CAST
Wednesday May 10:
6:00 -6:30 PUT ON COSTUMES
6:30- 9:00 RUN SHOW ENTIRE CAST
Thursday May 11:
5:30 – Until Done DRESS REHEARSAL ENTIRE CAST
Friday May 12:
5:30 PM CAST CALL
7:00 PM PERFORMANCE
Saturday May 13:
11:00 AM CAST CALL
1:00 PM PERFORMANCE

Cast party is held between shows, cast members are encouraged to stay. They will be fed and awards will be given out. Parents are not required to stay for this. If a child is leaving between break they must inform either Sarah or Denis.

Sunday May 14:
2:00 PM UNTIL DONE SET REMOVAL AND RETURN TO STORAGE.
PROP AND COSTUME PACK UP.
Happy Mother’s Day!!! (Unfortunately production week either begins or ends on Mother’s Day, this year it is the end of production week.) We realize this is Mother’s Day which is why we will start at 2:00 PM. Parent participation is expected the more parents that participate in the taking down of the set the earlier we can get done.
