-Web Site needs to be updated with current contact information and outdated information taken off.

-Two board seats are available; submit applications by 5/21.

-Swisher Landscape has come to the board asking for a variance to their property. They would like the property located at 4417 Camberwell changed to a “Planned Development” from RM-2 to allow them to construct a 1076 sq ft addition and other improvements to the property.

The board conditionally approved until official application is submitted to the city zoning department.

-Oakley boundaries. The boundaries used by the Multiple Listing services list properties on Hampton Lane, Broad View and Forest Hill Lane as being in Oakley. Property owners would like to request boundaries to be changed to allow the MLS list their homes as being in Hyde Park. The current boundaries were set fifty years ago and are part of the US census tracks.

-Allston, one-way concerns. Representative, Bryan Williams from the City attended the meeting to address concerns of the residents in the area. Tim Langmeyer and Bob Gallo were speakers for the residents to voice their opinion and resist the proposal to make Allston one-way.
